@dpapde My best advice would be to speak with the mobile team, they'll be able to check the notes on your account and the steps you've tried previously and will be able to escalate to the correct team to have this resolved. You won't need to go through the process again. ^DM

@SkyUK i'm trying to convert my Sky Mobile Physical SIM to eSIM since 23-Dec. Waited even on Xmas day for 1 full hour for call back as promised by SKY mobile, but no one takes ownership to resolve the issue completely. SKY Leadership team, please look into this and help

@dpapde As much as I'd love to help, it's not something we can escalate or resolve from this platform I'm afraid. I'm not asking you to repeat the process but giving you a link to access contact details to speak with the mobile team directly to have this resolved. ^DM

@SkyUK @skyUK I've followed steps in the link many times, called SKY Mobile Several times and it simply does not help resolve the issue. I dont receive any email with code to convert to eSIM. Case reference already logged with SKY Mobile Need your help to escalate and resolve!!

Our flight from London to Las Vegas was broken. The initial estimated time to fix was 6 hours, but they fixed in 3 hours. I’m thinking someone fixed but not tested. The real test starts now in Production. Pray for us.
