It depends on whether the levels are within a balance area or not. Within balance, almost any key level can technically act as a LBAF/LAAF reference. In a trending environment, though, you generally want to focus more on trading in the direction of the trend. For example, in an uptrend, LAAF setups tend to be less effective, while LBAF setups usually provide better opportunities.
