I fly Southwest everywhere because it has more non-stops out of Nashville than anyone. Have for 20+ years. My favorite part of their airline is the app — super easy to change flights and change flight fee isn’t crazy. Curious to hear feedback on new assigned seat policy.

What’s you guys opinion of the new @SouthwestAir seating policy? I see @TomiLahren teeing off on it. So far the biggest issue I’ve seen is it feels like boarding takes much longer. When people didn’t have assigned seats it felt like there was more urgency. You guys?
