Using your example, let’s say we have a $500k mortgage and $600k in cash to start out. A) pay off: ($600k - $500k) @ 7% = $7k B) invest: ($600k @ 7%) - ($500k @ 3%) = $27k

@scottndricks @MarketPalmer_ You literally can’t do simple math if you can’t see that 7 to 10% minus 0 is better than 7-10% minus 3% interest. You pay off your house and invest the payment dude. And your house appreciates in value too.

There are real people who will argue that having a low interest rate mortgage is better than having no mortgage.

@SleeperHQ Slow auction drafts. I’ve done two and they are incredible. Basics… 1) add in a proxy bid option (eBay style) 2) the ability to bid on many players simultaneously 3) the shot clock resetting to 12-24 hours after a new high bidder. These generally take 2 weeks to complete.

@SleeperHQ Hybrid bestball. Commissioners ability to toggle roster spots between standard and bestball. For example the ability to set a flex spot to bestball that will be auto filled by the highest scorer from your remaining bench players.
