@CPhilly19 I think their ABS must suck honestly. The ball is not follow the same track the CGI portrayed. That is a ball. This is where it’s crossing the plate…

I genuinely don’t give a fuck what the ABS system says … that ain’t a strike. You shouldn’t be able to miss your spot THAT BADLY and still get the call for strike three. What are we even doing?

@emma_lingan It’s not misogyny. He would have said the same thing thing to a man. Don’t make it out to be more than it is

Neither party has the moral high ground here, but Pete Crow-Armstrong is a professional athlete and (unfortunately) a role model to some, so he shouldn’t have said anything. The fact that he resorted straight to vulgar misogyny is pretty telling.

@NJBeisner This is exactly my point. Candace wants to rewrite the narrative to make Erica look bad or guilty but if what she’s saying is true then Charlie is a fraud. Shes saying her friend is a fraud and isn’t smart enough to see she can’t have it both ways. Charlie would be disgusted

This is Candace straight up saying in a video released today that Charlie initially wanted to “use Erika to make another girl jealous.” Not only does this contradict Charlie’s entire persona and the character we came to respect him for, it also contradicts Charlie’s own retelling of the story, on multiple occasions. To hear Charlie tell it, he had dinner with Erika with the purported possibility of hiring her, but he was so taken with her at that initial dinner that he said he couldn’t hire her because he wanted to date her. Erika’s reply was something along the lines of suggesting friendship initially, and it was Charlie who essentially said, “I have enough friends. I want to date you.” Which is honestly pretty sexy, just to be frank. Again, that is Charlie’s own retelling, on multiple occasions. So why was Charlie lying to us repeatedly?

It is 💯 morally inappropriate for a married woman, who is not Charlie’s wife, to publicly discuss intimate details about him, particularly when he is dead and his widow is still alive and raising their children. There is a line between commentary and exploitation, and this crosses it. Discussing politics, public statements, or even disagreements is one thing. Sitting around dissecting a dead man’s marriage, hinting at improprieties, implying betrayal, and turning deeply personal family matters into entertainment for clicks and engagement is something entirely different. What makes it worse is the self righteousness attached to it all. You cannot claim to stand for family values, morality, Christianity, decency, or protecting children while simultaneously feeding millions of people intimate gossip about a husband and wife whose children will one day read every word of it online. Those children did not ask for this. His widow did not ask for this. A grieving widow should not have to wake up every day wondering what new insinuation, rumor, or “just asking questions” segment is going to be blasted out to millions of viewers next. There is nothing brave about it. There is nothing journalistic about it. It is gossip packaged as righteousness. At some point people need to ask themselves what they are actually consuming and supporting. Because when someone profits from tearing apart the intimate details of a dead man’s marriage while his family is still trying to survive unimaginable loss, that is not truth seeking. That is cruelty for the sake of cruelty! And since when did “journalism” become gossiping about whether Charlie was a virgin or claiming he only dated Erika to make another girl jealous? That is not investigative reporting. That is middle school gossip with a microphone. It’s morally bankrupt. A man was murdered, children lost their father, and somehow people turned the conversation into psychoanalyzing his dating life for clicks and engagement. It’s so grotesque.

@GigglingGanon Screw this douchebag. He may have a right to be there and record but it IS against the law to harass someone which is a subjective thing. So if someone says “please don’t record me” and you continue to do so without any justification, that is a form of harassment

Administrative assistant for the city believe her feelings trump the rights of the citizens. In this tense encounter, an independent journalist enters city offices to exercise a basic legal right: inspecting the public records index. Under Washington state law (RCW 42.56.070), this document is required to be available for public inspection. It’s not a favor; it’s the law. Enter Sabrina Costik, an administrative assistant who claims to be "brand new" but is already attempting to rewrite the Constitution based on her personal feelings. The exchange highlights a growing and dangerous trend in public service—the idea that personal "traumas and triggers" override the civil rights of the public. Throughout the video, Sabrina argues that: Her "comfort level" should dictate where a citizen stands. Her "liberties" are being violated by a camera in a government building. Recording her is "incredibly rude," effectively prioritizing social etiquette over the First Amendment. The situation required the intervention of Deputy Chief Matt McKnight of the Chehalis Police Department. In a masterclass of de-escalation and legal clarity, McKnight had to explain the hard truth to his own staff: when you are a public servant in a public building, you do not have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" while performing your duties. McKnight—who is currently campaigning for Lewis County Sheriff—remained professional, but the core issue remains: Why are public employees being put behind counters without a fundamental understanding of the Bill of Rights? As far as McKnight, he is running for sheriff in 2026 and his understanding and respect for the rights of the citizens is everything you would want in county sheriff. That said, as far as Sabrina, when "I’m uncomfortable" becomes a tool to suppress transparency, the public loses.

@JoeCartwright66 @Rituraj062000 @QuothByRaven @RoyIsThaTruth So maybe we have arrived at some common ground potentially that not all public schools are created equal and some parents have to do what’s best for their kids? I think truancy laws should exist in that kids deserve to be offered a quality education, but parents should decide

Schools really need to remember that PARENTS are still the ultimate authority over their own children. If I decide my child is staying home, going on a trip, taking a mental break, or simply needs time away from school… then that IS an excused absence because I excused it. I don’t need validation from a doctor, attendance officer, superintendent, or anybody else to parent MY child. And let’s be real… some of y’all are way too comfortable acting like kids belong more to the school system than to their own families. My child is not a robot programmed to wake up every morning and perform on command because the state says so. Childhood is short, and I’m not handing over all of my child’s most important years to a system that thinks perfect attendance matters more than real life, family time, mental health, or experiences outside a classroom. If I want my child home for a week, send the work. If that’s a problem, I’ll homeschool and teach them myself. Reading, writing, math — none of that is impossible without a school building. And before people start with “they need structure” — structure starts at HOME, not in a classroom. Don’t send me threatening attendance letters like you have more authority over my child than I do. The school does NOT dictate my child’s life or schedule. My kids are on MY schedule. Not yours.

@TheRyanPainter @Rituraj062000 @QuothByRaven @RoyIsThaTruth I’ve got 23 years of experience with homeschooled kids. Many have returned to public education and the vast majority are a grad level OR MORE behind. The people that administer the homeschooling are the most vital part and many aren’t equipped for it.

Before you clap… This woman’s husband stepped away from his career to be a full time stay-at-home-dad to their three children so his wife could pursue singing. Shameful. Christian feminism is nasty because it hides the perversion behind a sanitized Christian front.
