Valve releasing new animations meanwhile the game is infested with cheaters but they never release updates to ban them . It’s okay we’ll have new skins soon that’s all that matters to valve.We really need to see other people’s knife animations in third person is so more important than banning cheaters 😱

The CS2 update we have been waiting for is finally here. Valve has created a Beta branch for animgraph2 for third person animations. This is NOT an April fools joke. While everyone was watching the launch of Artemis II, Valve suddenly released what they've been working on for the past couple of years. What this means is that the entire animation system for third person models has been completely redone. No longer does it use the unoptimized Half-Life: Alyx system. This significantly reduces packet size. You can now tell when someone is counter-strafing, and properly predict their movements based on visual feedback. Another massive change here is that the player's view now is accurate to the player model, meaning that we have a variable player height of +-4 units. You'll immediately notice that the player seems shorter. This completely changes many many angles, as well as many utility lineups, particularly when standing on slopes. Notice in my video example how you can no longer see over the Dust2 A site boxes from A ramp. The change is currently in Beta, so it's all subject to change. I will be testing it out extensively and making a video about my thoughts. First impressions: I am VERY excited about this, more so than the Artemis II rocket taking humans back to the moon for the first time in forever.

The FaZe situation in HLC Belgrade: First of all, let's get the "what's needed to qualify" question out of the way : - FaZe still need to win the event to be 100% sure to qualify as things look right now 👍 - FaZe also have a chance of qualifying if they place 2nd/3rd, but only if other teams playing elsewhere start to fall off (lose costly matches) 👍 - But they will end below SINNERS with 2nd/3rd as it looks if we use that meassure 👍 - Anything below 3rd place is a missed major (again!) ----------------------------------- So.. with that on the table, let me get this straight.. FaZe crashes this tournament last minute, actually we have to assume way after the originally intended deadline. - They come in late to the party - They push all the other teams aside getting top seed - A "random local team" is NOT removed to make the groups same size, meaning the FaZe group "magically" have 4 teams instead of 3 like the rest!! - Meaning that FaZe will get an extra free LAN win that the original teams in the event will not get (big deal and wildly unfair!) - They also get a group with no opposition (due to the seed) which is crucial in a Round Robin group stage as the risk of losing a random match is lower. This is as much help as you can possibly get, so FaZe better make the most of it. Seems like the gods wants FaZe to make the major 😉 Especially not having equal sized groups is simply not okay in my opinion! That's actually my biggest complaint seen from the outside. This extra free LAN Win they are handed, can end up making the difference in a close scenario. Groups in these LANs should have same size!
