probably needs 2 ops, one today. Obviously this is rather spoiling the family Christmas we had planned, and that on top of it all is really getting her down. Be great if there are any resources we can use in the next few days and/or pass on to her carers for the longer recovery

Any health psych people able to point me in the direction of resources to support adults with learning disabilities in hospital and injury recovery? Yesterday my sister (30s, Down syndrome) fell and badly broke her ankle. Hard couple of days in and out of hospital with her,
