@airindiaexpress Upgraded to business cls flt pune to BLR INR 3300. when at counter was told plane downgraded. No business cls. But given "VIP" for INR 2250-NOT SO. SEE PICS. no leg room. without my consent. REFUND of inr 54 given. Since AIEXPRESS fault I want FULL REFUND BACK.

@airindiaexpress Upgraded to business cls on flight pune to BLR at INR 3300. Suddenly told at counter that aircraft downgraded no business cls, that my seat was "VIP" for a COST of INR 2250. Got REFUND only INR 54.00 SEAT NOT VIP. REFUND ENTIRE AMOUNT as u didn't have business.
