I’m a proud Anglophile Growing up in Sweden people leaned towards UK or US culture. I was obsessed with the US (still am) but after moving to the UK I finally got it The history, culture, people, humour, nature, architecture, even the food. You won’t believe me but the UK has some of the best food in the world!! There’s nowhere else quite like it and I’m so glad I was able to call it home for a while

@Mark_G66 @elsathora And I lived for 10y in Dublin and going out for dinner at least twice a week. Believe me I know most if not all of its good restaurants. Irish beef is great FX Buckley, Darwins, Tomahawk etc. That s not a cuisine. Irish pub food is pretty terrible compare that to Melbourne..
