Many stories of schools refusing to let #Summerborn pupils start school, in reception, a year later, or move down a year. The data is stark, we know these kids can sometimes struggle throughout their education, this Gov & @educationgovuk has failed this contingent so badly.

It seems @LincolnshireCC is failing Lincolnshire #summerborn children that request #csareceptionstarts and in big way in comparison to surrounding areas! @sb_campaign @dianabarran @NickGibbUK @karlmccartney @S_Hammond @RishiSunak @GillianKeegan @educationgovuk

@KirstieMAllsopp Thank you for doing what you can to raise the summer born issue @sb_campaign . My twin boys were 10 weeks prem and born end of July. They have just turned 8 and are finishing yr2. So many parents don't realize it's an option to start at CSA

If you were born in July or August and thrived at school, I am really glad for you. But perhaps unfollow me for a bit if you are triggered by the suggestion that this is NOT the case for everyone, and many Summer born kids struggle.

@kazADHD Absolutely. Winds me up when people say they have a migraine, when what they actually mean is a bad headache. I get severe light sensitivity and nausea and often vomiting with mine
