A very special and monumentally- successful day today at Althorp filming with 360 Rockies to create a stunning new pop-video to our version of ‘Make Your Own Kind of Music’ which I hope will help raise awareness and vital funds for @DianaAward . A massive thank you to The Diana Award Team, the ITV crew, the Press Association photographer, the Althorp staff, RC Leader Dave Easter, everyone from Rock Choir HQ, our TV/Radio and Press team and of course all the Rockies who took part in the filming! Wow!!! 🩷 A very special and heartfelt thank you also goes to @cspencer1508 . What a privilege to meet him and introduce @RockChoir and all the Rockies to him! He was engaging, charming and supportive and lending us his private home and grounds was more than generous! He provided us all with an extremely special and emotional experience and gave us full access to his ancestral home. He also granted us an opportunity to visit the serene and beautiful resting place of Diana which I know had a huge impact on all of us. The video will be released on 30th October on the Rock Choir social platforms and I hope everyone will be proud of the end result and enjoy the music, singing, venue and location whilst recognising the huge team effort of the hundreds of people involved. Dave and the Rockies - I’m so very proud of you all for committing to performing the song so many times and with much gusto! Your energy and professionalism impressed everyone and I can imagine the song is so engrained in you now that you’ll be able to perform it in your sleep! I loved seeing you all today!
