Always remember that, Imperfect lives make perfect Legacies! Maryam (A.S) had no partner. Aishah (R.A) had no children. Khadijah (R.A) only found her best partner at the age of 40. Fatimah (R.A) was tested by Economic hardships. Asiyah (A.S) lived with The worst man in History. And yet Allah chose them, As the best women of All-time. The leaders of women in paradise (Jannah). So, stop measuring your worth with Dunya's broken scale. Struggle in this world doesn't mean Allah hates you. ♥️

The raise of voice always matters a lot. Now main stream media is highlighting the misbehave of AC Burewala Jawad Hussain Malik. He has no authority to put mic on his coat and to ask his PA to record video insulting & humiliating a lady duty doctor publicly. #WeCondemnACBurewala

Society so doomed, if a girl gets diagnosed with PCOS, the first concern is how will she conceive or become a mom rather than worrying about her who is now at high risk of endometriosis, ovarian cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

Every time I tried to be heartless, there's something inside me that always shouted, "This is not you." When I unknowingly became rude to someone, that guilt ate me from inside. Even the smallest acts of unkindness from me stay like an ache in my heart. I feel things too deeply. No matter how much the world tries to harden me, I can't detach from my own softness. In a world full of cruelty, I am scared to become the same. Because once I lose that softness, I lose part of myself I never want to let go of. This heart still believes in kindness, even after it's been broken. I love love. And I love to give love.

I don't think I'm healing. I think I'm just learning how to carry pain without spilling it. Everyone calls it strength, but really, it's just silence , I laugh, I smile, I show up but inside, half of me is already gone.

Having MEMORY LOSS from depression and trauma is a weird experience because people don’t understand how scary it is when depression and trauma start affecting your memory. Like you really start forgetting whole moments of your life, conversations, things people told you, how you used to act, and even parts of yourself. It’s like your brain got so overwhelmed from surviving everything that it started deleting things just to protect you.

𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁: This video has two parts, and together they explain why so many doctors choose to leave Pakistan. Part 1 allegedly shows an ACP in Burewala, Punjab misbehaving with an on duty female doctor inside a hospital. Reportedly, she was being questioned about not ordering a CT scan, something that according to our understanding could only be ordered by a consultant, which she was not. What stood out even more was the arrogance, tone, and public humiliation. Calling an on duty female physician “Bibi” instead of “Dr Sahiba,” recording inside a crowded hospital with a mic attached, posturing like an interrogation officer, while patients stood nearby, is deeply inappropriate. It raises serious concerns about patient privacy, disruption of care, and abuse of authority. Unfortunately, this happens because many powerful officials in Pakistan, especially bureaucrats, behave as if they are above the law. In most civilized countries, such conduct by a government officer inside a hospital would likely end careers. Part 2 shows the complete opposite. In 2011, a senior surgeon at Guy's Hospital publicly confronted then UK Prime Minister David Cameron and Deputy PM Nick Clegg for violating hospital hygiene rules during a photo opportunity. The surgeon spoke up despite their power because patient safety and professional standards came first. That is what happens in systems where doctors are respected and authority is held accountable. Compare these two incidents carefully, and you will understand that doctors do not leave Pakistan only for money. They leave for dignity, professional respect, safety, and integrity. #doctorsinpakistan #burewala #punjabgovernment #mbbs
