This is negligence but Not of these JRs but of the system which has neglected the demands of doctors .

A photo of a doctor asleep on a chair is viral . He’s been suspended, Branded negligent. The media wants blood But no one’s asking what kind of system breaks a doctor so badly that he falls asleep mid shift, mid suffering and mid service ? This isn’t laziness It’s “burnout in its final form” a body that gave beyond its limits after working 24 to 36 hours continuously in a toxic system that calls this inhumane labour as “Norm”. When doctors die by suicide, there’s no outrage No suspension. Just silence. Hardly any media reports as a doctor life is insignificant for TRP. This isn’t his failure. This is a sign of a system that devours its healers and then blame them for bleeding

ऐसा लगता है कि एटा के डीएम साहब को अपने पद का इतना घमंड है कि उन्होंने मीटिंग के दौरान वरिष्ठ डॉक्टरों को अपमानजनक रूप से "मुर्गा बनने" के लिए कह दिया।
यह सोचकर बेहद चिंता होती है कि जब यही डीएम साहब आम जनता की फरियाद सुनते होंगे, तो उनके साथ कैसा व्यवहार करते होंगे?

I personally know him. He is such a calm and nice guy. His only mistake was that he was present there doing his duty and so he has to pay the price for it. He has been hit on head with wrench 3-4 times and has had severe head injuries.

For a change, a minister has the ability to understand the problem and discuss the solutions,
instead of just paying lip service or appeasing vote banks, when it comes to safety of doctors.

The government gave me a very odd reply that if they start doing it for one profession, they'd have to do it for others. It is a ridiculous argument...I am shocked and saddened that despite all these efforts to raise public consciousness and the government's consciousness about this, one more doctor has had to lose her life..."
