Absolutely! The discrimination is against citizens is so widespread and explicit… you can see it in today’s paper. The attached job ad is for a role at Plaid, but candidates are directed to submit resumes for screening directly to Fragomen — the largest immigration law firm in the country. Not internal HR. Not a generic corporate email. Their outside law firm. These fraudulent campaigns to solicit candidates are discriminatory and have repeatedly been investigated by the DOJ. But the penalties are so small, they are viewed as a cost of doing business and the anti-American operations continue. The narrative of “competition” with the work is dishonest to its core. These imports are here solely to undermine American workers.

Objectively, the Visa program prioritizes foreign nationals over American citizens for the benefit of the corporations who lobby the government. It is time we put an end to it and start building up our people first.
