@TBrown_80 Now the study should analyze: 1. The cost to do things (movies, eating out, youth sports, transportation costs, etc) 2. De- funding of school activities - after school clubs, P.E.(to get kids into low/ no cost sports, etc) 3. Urban sprawl and/or who owns all the houses

We believe it because every study shows how less social people have become and are becoming. And it’s not that great for society.

We were on the opposite ends of the Helsley situation 2 years ago. This year we're in lockstep on this. Cash in. Give ROB an actual shot at being a winner while hes in whats left of his prime and kick this rebuild into overdrive. Chaim could even target young MLB talent in return that would help this team for years! It doesnt have to be an A ball pitcher.
