We have some amazing news to share! Medici Land Governance Inc. has teamed up with the City of Baltimore to bring blockchain technology to record their vacant housing inventory. This incredible achievement wouldn't have been possible without the incredible efforts of Ebony Thompson , the solicitor general of Baltimore, who led this project and made it happen.
Through our partnership, the City of Baltimore will run a pilot program using blockchain technology alongside their existing system. This will speed up and simplify the process of transferring property titles. It's just the beginning of what we can achieve together! We're even exploring the idea of using smart contracts for payment systems and considering tokenizing vacant properties.
We're beyond excited about the potential of this project. It has the power to give people who have been denied real estate ownership a chance to finally benefit from one of the oldest and most valuable ways of building wealth.
A big thank you goes out to Ebony Thompson and Mayor Brandon M. Scott and everyone involved for their incredible vision and hard work. This partnership is a significant step in bringing blockchain technology to more communities. We can't wait to see the positive impact it will have on the City of Baltimore and beyond!

You are just another guy who takes sides, please enlighten us how amazing Zelenskyy has been and how he as improved our lives except taking our tax payers, we could have eliminated famine in africa and Asia , taken all homeless people of the streets of the developing world with the money spent by the Defense industry from both sides of the aisle. We need to wake up, every 20 years or so, the U.S. goes to war where money is spent nonsensically. If you like Elon or not, the war needs to stop, peace ☮️

I admire a lot of what you do, @elonmusk .. but your vicious attack on President Zelensky last night was incredibly disappointing. Anything negative to say about Vladimir Putin - or is it just the guy whose country he illegally invaded who is the problem?

America never betrayed Ukraine, you just happen to be the most corrupt country in the world. The U.S. stood by Ukraine and the war has been paid by U.S. tax payers while Europe has relied on russian deposits to secure loans and aid to Ukraine. That being said, the war will not end unless the money stops flowing, once the money stops then we will have a resolution. If you like either side or stand with either side, it’s the wrong approach. The right view is to end the war and stop the blood shed, the world needs to focus on global peace.
English

@MentalMulisha65 That won’t be the first time. You guys betrayed Ukraine multiple times starting with the Budapest memorandum. You think money rules everything, but that’s not true. Truth and values are more important

@elonmusk He is already leaving as his second term ends and he is limited to a 2 term limit, he never started to be over!

@AlderLaneEggs I love you man! You should check out what @medici_land_gov has been doing in the US market!

@elonmusk Best voting system is paper ballot or blockchain otherwise there is a level of cheating

@elonmusk Follow Milton freedman’s advice, the best guy to ask is @PatrickByrne, he ran his foundation. No need for dept of education, agriculture, housing, energy, ….

America is headed for disaster, with no money for anything, unless the government overspending is addressed

@FerragamoWx What’s your forecast for the next 20
Years for New York City? Are we safe to live in Manhattan?

@vonderleyen How about some money to the Lebanese people? Turkey is hosting a fraction of its population size while Lebanon is hosting half its population size of Syrian refugees?

These areas where no-man’s lands but WCK with LACODE a local NGO we’ve been able tomorovide food! #ChefsForLebanon below is my friend Aline. She has been the driving force. She is my hero. And the one leading the effort…proud of all of them

Many car companies won’t make it

Much much worse than you think, the real number 100Billion, the loophole that needs to be changed is “IDIQ” contracts, which stands for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, contracts that have no definitive end. Unfortunately, these contracts are typically awarded to a select few companies, often referred to as "beltway bandits," making it nearly impossible for outside organizations, like Medici Land @medici_land_gov to secure any contracts with the U.S. government.
The funds allocated for development in Africa. If these funds are managed with accountability and aimed at creating tangible impacts, they could position the U.S. as a dominant global power for the next century. However, the current approach is flawed. Funding is primarily based on inputs rather than outputs. For instance, if I invest $100 to produce a title deed, the focus is solely on the production process rather than the actual outcome for the recipient. The effectiveness of the title deed—such as whether it genuinely improves someone's life—is rarely measured. The service provider, acting on behalf of the U.S. government, is considered to have fulfilled their obligation, despite the lack of measurable benefits for the people involved and the owner receiving the title deed to his piece of land.
We need to address and change this system once and for all @elonmusk @HDeSotoPeru

@richardquest Very true but there is a huge port strike that is also causing this at the same time. This is part of globalization if we like it or not!

Extraordinary number of ships at #singapore. All bunched up here because of Red Sea disruption to shipping and shifts in way things are being shipped. Fascinating. This is where commerce and geo politics come face to face

Very inaccurate, once interests rates drop, the servicing of the debt drops. We would be paying half the amount in the next year. As for the debt, it’s warranted, we are overally in debt but that’s just 100K per American, and now probably less since we have so many migrants, they will be probably paying for your future social security check. Truth of the matter, we need to balance the budget and stop spending money.
English

Everyone is posting that the annualized number is about $1.059 trillion.
However the interest on the debt for just May 2024 was $103 billion. Debt will grow another $2 trillion or more in the next 12 months.
We are already on pace for over $1.2 trillion in annualized payments on the debt. Within the next few years, interest on the debt will exceed Social Security payments and become the largest item in the budget.

US federal interest payments now exceed the defense budget.

@RobertKennedyJr That’s why @medici_land_gov is creating a new path to homeownership by tokenizing real estate and allowing fractional ownership while investors coinvest with new homeowners!

$4 milk, $4 bread, and car insurance premiums are up 22% in a year.
70% of Americans earn less than the cost of basic needs.
Housing is now so expensive that anyone who has a house is staying put because a new mortgage has a vastly higher rate than the old one. They'd have to pay far more for the same size house. It’s musical chairs. All the people lucky enough to have a house before the music stopped aren’t budging and everyone else is outta luck. Nobody being able to move means a scarcity of homes on the market, which drives prices higher, and the vicious cycle continues.
All of this is the predictable result of rate hikes to fight inflation caused by printing money for President Trump’s corporate tax cuts, Presidents Trump and Biden’s lockdowns, and President Biden’s Ukraine war. Now Biden is printing more money to buy votes with another round of student debt forgiveness and people wonder why rates are staying high…
