A complete bloodbath of innocent community dogs in Khalsa College, Amritsar, Punjab. Blood-splattered walls and severe torture, all under the guise of an "elimination drive." This is a severe criminal offense under the PCA Act! Just hours after the recent Supreme Court order, innocent dogs appear to have become targets. The dog in the last photo was alive when these pictures were taken. We do not know if he survived. We do not know how many others suffered.
