As a Member of Congress, and as a Catholic, I am appalled by Trump’s recent attacks on Pope Leo XIV, a spiritual leader calling for peace amid the President’s disastrous war of choice in Iran. At a moment that demands humility and moral clarity, His Holiness has reminded the world of the human cost of war and the perils of arrogance and greed. He speaks not as a politician, but as a shepherd of peace, faith, and human dignity. For the warmonger in the White House to respond with insults and self-aggrandizement is a failure of character and a desecration of Christ’s message. Sadly, that is who Trump is. We should be listening to voices of peace and love, not attacking them. The path forward is not paved with ego and hatred, but with justice, compassion, and a lasting peace for all.

Why are they always clinging to the side that wants to destroy this place that they not only simply can’t leave, but is apparent they actually love? What causes them to continue degrading a place they can’t leave? Because they are idiots. They don’t live on the real world. No one gives a rats ass what they say and those who do should take one look and see for themselves. These are wealthy people who can go anywhere yet they stay here. That proves everything they are saying is nothing but bullshit. They live in a sheltered bubble and have no clue how close we were from losing it all. What would they do then? They sure as hell won’t leave, so why all the hatred for the place that gave you everything? The United States is the greatest place in the world. Even the haters through it all know this. Their hypocrisy only shows their ignorance. They need to be put on mute. The rest of you need to climb aboard the side of good and help make sure this bullshit never happens again. A united front is unstoppable. Get behind the man who has saved us from the abyss. Stop fighting and obstructing everything he does.
