@swierklab This has been a seismic paradigm shift in our students during and post pandemic. This requires a seismic shift in our teaching pedagogy if we want to teach for the future. No clue what this is for something like organic but we can do it! Inclusive excellence

This is such a mess. Some of the complaints are ridiculous and the way NYU handled it is…not good. But, if you notice that students are consistently losing focus on what you are teaching and that’s leading to bad outcomes, I think that’s on you to adjust what you are doing
