I regularly discuss treatments in pregnancy, some whose risk/benefit is uncertain, frequently prescribed. I’m certain C19 vaccines should be given in pregnancy. Risk/benefit far clearer. Advice not so frequently followed. We are seeing devastating outcomes in the unvaccinated.

Meta-analysis on the incidence of postpartum hypertension within 2 years of a pregnancy complicated by pre‐eclampsia.
