I completely agree HOWEVER the vast majority of excellent palliative care is provided not in hospices/ specialist services but in homes by amazing DISTRICT NURSES, the unsung sheros here. yet their numbers have been decimated and working arrangements trashed. RESTORE THE DNs.

@anaesthetic_spr Not me, this is the systemic plan that has forgotten that GPs are very cost effective, and only funded a model in which GPs are unaffordable on a day to day basis.

I have just used (with help, I'm not that brave) ChatGPT for the first time to do something I thought was going to take me ages. It took 5 mins, including checking. I feel like a grandma turned tech guru now 😂

Every time I see the link to the kidney disease app, I have a tiny moment of thinking that AI has caught up with me and knows what erratic behaviour is coming up next...
