The PICTURE Study reveals urgent health trends in Polish youth—from emotional struggles to rising allergy rates and metabolic risk. Key findings: 📍 36% report anxiety/fear 📍 15% show signs of depression 📍 18% are overweight/obese 📍 Allergies affect 41% of teens 📍 Most emotional issues increase with age—but not with body weight The study calls for an interdisciplinary model of care combining pediatrics, psychology, dietetics & public health.
