@shouldergeek @hjluks @JonBarlowMD @DrRobHartzler @samtaylormd @DrNMaassen I do similarly. Once stability of tear size is confirmed I follow less frequently. Many 60-65yo have decades of activity ahead of them. Nice to avoid surgery but don’t want to miss enlarging tear.

In otherwise healthy patients who want nonsurgical mgmt & have small full thickness tears, I follow up w/ MRI on 6-12 mos.
