@Anna_C_Cart @jet2tweets Thanks Anna, just checking my experience wasn’t out of keeping with others. Really challenging - seems obvious to give customers the chance to choose what they want for their holiday. I also fear having no time (and no remaining availability) to rebook our family holiday.

@drdjcox @jet2tweets Hi David, yes, precisely that! I booked the package via my local travel agent and they’re telling me the same thing too. It’s really unfair - I have the feeling that Jet2 are going to hold out too long & it will be difficult to arrange an alternative holiday for same dates.

@jet2tweets @Anna_C_Cart Hi Anna, are you having the same experience with Jet2?… despite Gennadi hotel evacuation/closure and hotel staff directly reporting of the damage to the local infrastructure (really feel for the locals), Jet2 still not willing to discuss refunds or transfers post July 30th.

@jet2tweets @JulieMc7716 Thanks, I would stress the importance of giving customers as much notice as possible to avoid a negative effect on people’s mental wellbeing, and give significant consideration to people who are due to travel with young children and/or health conditions given the poor air quality
