I’ve decided that I’m done tipping on counter service. So tired of hitting $2 here or $4 there on Square/Clover screens. Adds up to be such a huge waste of money just to avoid social anxiety. Life is already expensive enough!

We gave them a set amount of screen time each day when they were in elementary. Same time each day. The answer was always no outside of those times. The answer was always yes inside. No smart phone til 8th grade, no social media until 16. It has been a good balsnce

As a young dad myself, I’m genuinely worried about my son growing up addicted to screens, phones, games, etc.
It feels like EVERYTHING is designed to grab their attention these days.
So I want to ask:
- How do you actually manage screen time in your house?
- What’s worked for you?
- What’s failed?

Im going to make this comment and probably be chastised for it. Kyle Busch was in a Chevy simulator and began coughing up blood. My MD bros opine he passed from a PE. (Pulmonary embolism, also known as a blood clot to the lung). THESE CAN BE CAUGHT BEFORE BECOMING FATAL! Regardless, WHY didnt he have a full work-up 11 days ago when he requested a physician at Watkins Glen, especially given who he is? Serious questions need to be answered.
