@giffgaff Thanks I have done this. To confirm i’ve requested the cancellation of the phone order and for the phone NOT to be dispatched because it will not be collected and so no point. Im 100% the Giffgaff agent has all the info they need to sort this, posting it here too.

@giffgaff But the delivery address that I used when I bought it is my home address. Nobody will be home to receive the phone. The phone is a gift and so, at this late stage, I need to change the delivery address.if this can happen the problem is solved. How can I change the address?

@dream_maths We’re confident the backlog of phone orders will be cleared and dispatched by today. They may take a few days to get delivered, based on courier timings, but it does mean orders will be in your hands before Christmas. You'll receive an email to confirm. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@giffgaff Still no reply. The only message I have guarantees that the phone will be delivered before Xmas. In order for this to work is for the delivery address needs to change, this will be the 5th time I’m pointing this out now. Can someone respond to me and I’ll inform altern address.
