@tweetsbyjp @LNER You'd just need to contact the web support/aftersales team. Their contacts should be on the booking confirmation email under the FAQ section. Please ensure you email or call the team so they can remove the admin fee and so they can confirm the cancellation manually. ^RF

@GC_Rail @GC_Rail @LNER How do I apply for a full refund via LNER (my point of purchase) when the journey is advertised as delayed (not cancelled)? I was advised the journey was cancelled, so I had to make a quick decision to book the next journey, to arrive in London on time.

@tweetsbyjp Just a quick update, the train is expected to be reinstated, but it will likely run a bit delayed due to congestion south of Bradford. You can still claim for a refund as you train was still advertised as cancelled. ^RF

@GC_Rail I’ve got to be in London by 1pm. I’ll book an alternative route. Please provide full refund for this journey.

@dwsurrey You would need to then speak to the station staff and SWR regarding what contingency they have in place for you. ^SR

Good morning @GC_Rail am booked on your 08.00 KGX to PBO however will not make train as my incoming leg to London with SWR is indefinitely held due to signal failure. What are the arrangements for onward travel when I do get to KGx as my ticket is 1st class GC only?
