I’ve been getting messages asking how you can help... right now, I would only suggest that if you are a querying author, that you avoid the previous partners who have gone on to start new literary agencies. Like Peter McGuigan who launched Ultra Literary.

Authors get paid when we sell books, and our paychecks are often few and far between, so for all of these @foundrymedia authors to have their money trapped at this now defunct literary agency, is affecting our livelihoods. @foundrymedia please pay your authors & agents!

Like many @foundrymedia authors, I also have NOT been paid. Foundry received payment from my publisher on Dec 8th, and Foundry still has not paid me. They are holding authors & agents money, with no sign of paying out. 😐They are in breech of my author contract. @simonschuster
