Councillors DO NOT have the authority to fire Council staff or set Terms of Employment. Reform Councils are going to be a shit show. Councillors set strategy, finance and policy. Staffing decisions are made by the CEO, Heads of Departments and HR over which Cllr’s have no say.

@SueSal41757 @DannyVet It is banned in the UK, this is Westminster in America where cropping is still legal. My dogs have been to Crufts and loved it. I wouldn't take them if they didn't.
