Not enough evidence to overturn. 5) If ruled an incomplete pass, can’t overturn.

@RGIII @HokiesFB @CanesFootball No, I have no dog in this fight. But I know that VT got robbed. That’s a TD, #9 Felton caught the ball, came down inbounds, survived the ground and then had the ball punched out by a defender that was laying out of bounds which is illegal according to the rules.
