as both an angel and a vc, there are several cases where i've invested because the founder added me to a quarterly / monthly investor update and they followed through consistently + derisked key things we initially discussed eg 🚀 launching 📈 proving out b2b2c 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾 unlocking hard-to-win exclusive distribution channels 🚪 pivoting away from a bad idea/market/customer segment i know leul vs kled gate will scare a lot of founders off of building in public, but you can keep prospective investors warm without giving away your everlasting gobstopper recipe 🍭

@brycent 2.4 million concurrent live viewers. As in, we had 2.4M people watching the stream at the same time. What’s even crazier is that they weren’t just passively watching, they were actively interacting with the show. Truly ahead of its time.

At HQ, we really shot ourselves in the foot by only showing live concurrents. At peak, we had 2.4M concurrents (which is insane), but the viewer # dropped as folks got out. If we showed viewers like X (or any other live platform), the cumulative number would have been 5X that.
