Things like this just fill your heart with joy! The @RacinePD and Hope City Church surprised a nominated teacher at each school in the city of Racine for Love Week! I met up with them as they surprised Ms. Kiesler at @MontessoriRUSD. Thank you for honoring our educators!

I had the honor of taking part in this year's @ProjectSEARCHHQ Completion Ceremony today. Five of these seven interns have already secured employment! This wonderful program is made possible through a partnership with @WIWorkforce, @GoodwillIntl and @AndisCompany.

Very fortunate to have such strong partnerships with @uwparkside and @carthagecollege and @heracinecounty! Today we launched an Education Pathway Initiative that will help RUSD students earn up to a full semester of college credit and guaranteed admission. #Partnering4Students

It was great to be at @AoRHorlick today for the ribbon cutting of their new @myEducatorsCU student-run branch! I wore my crimson kicks to help kick off this grand opening. Along with @AoRCase and @AoRPark, we now have three ECU student-run branches within RUSD. #SuptChuckFriday

@myEducatorsCU opened a new high school branch inside Horlick High School today! This student-run branch will allow direct access to open accounts, make small withdrawals and deposits, use an on-site ATM and teach students how to independently manage their finances.
