@Joyce_Stack Don't try to boil the ocean but give people the ability to see how their activities fit into what the organization is actually doing. It's also great for identifying gaps and misaligned API initiatives.

@Joyce_Stack Do you have a clear capability map of the business and how API slots into that? It can help a lot to draw this direct connection between what the business is all about, and how APIs are contributing to it. It's also pure gold when explaining APIs to the business side.
