@henrikPPC Is Helium10 still worth the cost. Do you use all the features or just Keyword research/Reverse ASIN?
English

@briannjho @Camicees What do you do with that data? How do you analyze it?
English

Export all Amazon reviews
Upload to GPT
Prompt:
"Analyze these reviews and identify the key Before Moments (struggles, frustrations, emotional states customers experienced before buying). The key After Moments (transformations, wins, emotions customers experienced after using the product). The Bridge Moments (specific ways the product/service created that shift). Any exact phrases, slang, or emotional language customers use. Then present the findings in a Before, Bridge,After Moments Table I can use directly in marketing copy.”
This finds angles competitors miss.
Thank me later

@coreyganim PE has to recoup their investment. Goes along with the price increases on the product.

Helium10 just showed us corporate greed at its finest.
A shining example of how private equity runs perfectly good companies into the ground.
Instead of incentivizing the affiliate partners that quite literally built their company, they decided to do the opposite.
In an email deviously disguised as just another affiliate update, they made the following announcement:
• All lifetime recurring affiliate commissions are being cut
• Affiliates will now earn a one-time commission
• Existing recurring commissions are NOT being grandfathered
I have friends who have promoted Helium10 from day 1.
One will lose $15,000+ per month in recurring commissions.
Another will lose $4,000 per month.
Thousands more will lose hundreds.
This is such a hilariously bad move that there can only be one purpose:
Juice short-term profits on the P&L to position for another sale.
I will never promote a company that treats their affiliate “partners” like garbage.
Helium10, do better.

@robwalling With AI enabled coding lowering product development costs do you think there is actually a play here to undercut more established SaaS software players with a much higher cost basis? Micro-Saas that competes on price?
English

I wish someone would warn startup founders that lower prices usually (I.e. almost always) lead to higher churn.
Neil Magnuson@hustlin_heev
i've lost MRR since lowering my price from $99 to $19 Also, churn has gone up to almost 20% i tried to be PJ Celis and failed Something gotta change asap

@asmartbear Hiring is one of the most important things you do as a leader. Servant Leader > micro manager.
English

If you hire someone excellent and then micromanage them to death, you’re a bad manager.
If you hire someone who isn’t capable, so you have to micromanage to get good work done, you’re a bad manager.
In every case, it's bad management, and it's your fault.

@twistartups Love it. Smaller teams leveraging AI can now out maneuver and under price established players. Product matters but cost basis mattes too.

I just put up the landing page to my AI powered Amazon Keyword Research App. I'm looking for brutal, honest feedback from the e-com community. Roast my messaging, tell me why I'm wrong, or sign up to be a beta tester! Check it out here:

I’m really questioning the quality of ChatGpt now. Gemini clearly smarter. 🐊🐊🐊🏀🏀🏀
Rakesh Agrawal@RakeshSFNYC
Prompt: “If I were to ask you for an NCAA bracket today, would someone else asking get the same bracket.” Both: no. Predictions I got: Gemini - duke / Arizona / Michigan / Florida GPT - Houston / Purdue / UConn / Arizona Then I had GPT analyze the deltas. My knowledge of AI >>>> knowledge of basketball, so don’t ask me more. @bgurley
