Anywhere other than lcls, most educated folk want more to comfortably have kids. Childcare for 2 kids under 5 is $30-60k per year- that's like paying for college

Having children is more of a lifestyle choice, and it's happening later in life amongst educated people who are taking longer in establishing homes and careers
