
@Ticketmaster Need help resolving a payout issue.
My tickets sold, but I’ve had to call 4 times because something didn’t feel right—and I’m glad I did. The website and emails never flagged any issue.
Each time:
• My payout account shows “verified”
• My taxpayer info shows “verified”
• But the ticket page still prompts me to verify both
Agents initially couldn’t see the issue until I pressed, and it was only after multiple calls that it was escalated.
It is confusing and frustrating. Can someone review and fix my payout status? I can’t be the only one experiencing this. Happy to provide the case number via DM.
