Thank you academia for showing us again what is what. I'm grateful for the few mentors at harvard mit yale lve been able to build relationship with but I dont confuse that for the system we are in. I know im dispensable, i know im used. 3rd eye open. Its a means to an end.

Clinical doctors already have every tool they need to succeed in non-clinical physician careers.

The one of the most frustrating thing about academics is how non collaborative people in key positions can gate-keep access and ensure that work is done in siloes.

We ask every AI company in medicine: "How do you deal with fabrications? What if the computer is wrong?" We ask zero providers that don't use AI: "How do you deal with human error. What if the treating provider is tired or having a bad day?"
