Look at the male specimens playing WR or DB in the NFL. Their agility, acceleration, coordination, and speed are insane

@Peter_Bukowski This is actually a fascinating question, to which I’d dearly love to know the answer. As a Brit living in the US it seems to me that the clubs and structures seem to be the same for both genders.

@drfriske @zionszzn F**k off i strive and excel at saving so I can take a sabbatical and do MEANINGFUL travel in my prime years once every 5-10 years. A long weekend in Branson or a 7-day cruise doesn't cut it for me. If it's not funded by the state (unemployment or welfare) it's my prerogative!

I love reminding men that being a pregnant woman in the US is more dangerous than being a cop, a firefighter or working on an oil rig. ESPECIALLY when you are black, brown or indigenous.

The US can’t compete if we send our D tier athletes to the World Cup anymore tbh. These countries have no other sports to worry about their whole lives. Soccer development in the USA is only if you can’t play Football/Basketball/Baseball and you need a 4th sport to play

@skumWgmi If you spend everything you earn with every paycheck why would you assume there would be money available once you stopped working? It violates the laws of physics for anything (money included) to appear from nowhere.

Imagine working forty hours a week every week, for forty years straight. And being told that's "not enough" to retire comfortably, that you should've started a side hustle, invested earlier, lived smaller. Meanwhile the people telling you this had a pension waiting at the end of their forty years, no side hustle required. That's not advice. That's gaslighting with a financial advisor's haircut.
