@drgdanielgeorge wonderful!! it's really that experience that sets him apart for me - he had not just the vision, but the courage to express and record it in such detail even as he was trying to maintain his "serious credibility" with those who largely lack that courage

@dcweisman As always, respect your opinion but disagree on your assessment & your faith in the efficacy/safety of the treatment. I have friends w MCI and there are many things I'd advise them to do for cognition & QOL other than aduhelm. Would not wish for them to be anywhere near this drug

We are constantly barraged by cultural signifiers (i.e. propaganda) that often mask the real material stakes
