People are still buying deli orbs in bulk for 5c each, and following your logic, this item should have no value whatsoever. Besides, you don't know if Poe 2 had plans for async; that's just your theory.

Keepers of the flame has one of the worst player retentions PoE1 had. I see a lot of people using it as a vessel to blame ONE factor, but honestly, I think there's a lot of solid reasons, each one contributing: - PoE2 releasing soon again - People still tired from PoE1 and PoE2, now that the cycles are shorter and consistent - Endgame progression shortened by tree crafts - Less endgame activities compared to previous leagues - New ubers being not very rewarding - Breach does not have an 'ultra-endgame' activity - Brach grafts having less itemization than lets say mercenaries - Async trade shortening progression HOWEVER, one important note I'd like to point out: While I'm mostly done with the league as well, I had a lot of fun. I hope for a larger endgame overhaul in 3.28 + T17 rework, but just because the retention is worth, I'm not sure this makes the league itself bad. What do you think?

If it costs more to make them oversea's, we start making them at home. but that price didn't decrease. and in most cases, it's 2-400% more expensive to make it here.

Final splits for group "week" of Settler's league. Numbers: 1574 divines (Mirrors @ 210 div) Traders: ~33% - 510 div Mappers: ~11% - 172 div Total time played: 66 hours Real farm time after campaign and full atlas setup was ~45 hours. This brings a mapper's profit to 3.8 divines per hour, including mirror appreciation, closer to 3 div/h without. Ground loot is in a pretty bad state, rivaling Kalandra levels: - removal of Item Quantity was not the issue since we got an extra scarab slot that's immediately occupied by the Glittering scarab for 100% quant - removal and rework of the div scarabs - removal of reliq scarab rarity - rarity chisel being additive instead of multiplicative like the other scarabs - 95% nerf to ghosting - 90%+ nerf to affliction - sentinel pretty useless - removal of Back to Basics (- sextants are gone, no enraged etc) and some group specific issues like Scarabs no longer scaling with Party quant, and party quant being only 112% in a full party, so you're getting ~2x the loot of a solo player for 6 people. In general the only way to juice ground loot at the moment is blight invigorating towers, and abyss packsize quant stacking, and even at the very top end, if you get lucky with some t0 belts, you won't make more than 5 div / hour per person mapping (for reference this is about half of alc and go solo mapping and less than a third of good solo strats) You can of course supplement this with spamming maps on everyone in your group in Kingsmarch, and half of our team did this, and is included in the numbers. This however adds some downtime, and some people are just not into it. Snap has a video with thoughts on the loot changes, specifically from a group player's POV, I recommend checking it out to understand more context.
