@luisomor I'm personally not convinced anything longer than say a half marathon is good for you. I don't claim to know the exact limit, but humans didn't evolve running 26 miles, we evolved sprinting to escape danger. It is a LOT of stress on the body.

I still don't understand why people keep running ultra marathons They destroy your joints and consume all your muscles. The long-term effects are simply horrible for your health If you want to maximize health, have elite cardio, maintain muscle mass and boost your hormones, there's nothing better than sprinting and the science backs it up
