@LmhicklingPsych @drilanbz I’m facing same issue at the moment. This advert was out for 3 weeks and I have 20+ applications to go through.

Why do so many people use ai to write their job applications? I’m shortlisting at the moment and some of these just sound like when Joey was writing a letter to Monica and Chandler on Friends.

Assistant Psychologist Vacancy! We will be going live with our new Assistant Psychologist vacancy at The Oak Tree Practice on Friday morning (17th May) at around 9am. Here are a few details about how it will work:

4) Grades will not be used to distinguish between applicants. There will be no tests used as part of the recruitment process! 5) The role is planned to begin in July 2024. You can find the job description on my LinkedIn page :) theoaktreepractice.com

2) We will only be able to accept applications which have been submitted through the form. We cannot accept any via email or message. 3) The role is full time, based in Finchley (N3 2JU). The successful applicant can work 1 day a week from home if they choose.
