@drinkworks My claims for reimbursement keep getting denied. I received 1 replacement machine and that seems to be the issue. I have called Kroll and sent the requested information. Still no reimbursement in sight, what should I do!!

@Daevology We strongly recommend you do not attempt this. The drinks from the Pods should only be consumed after they are prepared by the Home Bar. They need to go through a specific process in order to be enjoyed for the best taste and freshness.
