Voters should always come first. In this case, without any statutory guidance, I acted in favor of the law as I saw it. And while I believe the Party organization has particular technical authority to act, the Court ruled with the voters as a whole. Both approaches, being reasonable, the Court entered an order with a lean towards the voters, not the party leaders. Considering the fast approach of the election and the challenging job election administrators have before them, we will not participate in an appeal.

The church should excommunicate anyone who teaches at the polygamy conference that Joseph did not practice polygamy along with anyone who publicly teaches it online.
Plural marriage is still a doctrine in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints even if it is an exception and not the rule in matters of marital practice.

During the first airing of my Star Trek series where a kiss was objectionable; many southern stations pulled the episode & condemned the show. Using today’s vernacular it would absolutely be called“woke DEI crap”because it went against “norms” of society for its time. Not a lot seems to have changed.🤷🏼😑
