@CMAgovUK @RachelReevesMP Honestly speaking, if NHS dentistry was properly funded with a dental contract that was fit for purpose, there would be far more practices willing to provide NHS services. Dental practices require private dental revenue to subsidise NHS dentistry.

I wouldn’t have a problem with kids singing the national anthem in British schools @GBNEWS Growing up in India, I sang the Indian national anthem in school every day at the end of the day. In fact as a child I loved the tune because I knew it marked the end of the school day 🤣

Lots of Dentist bashing going on today on Twitter. Honestly if you want to save money and not spend on dentistry clean your teeth properly so no bacteria, don’t eat sugar, don’t smoke/vape and don’t get punched in the face. 99% of all dental problems are preventable!

@Thelma_DWalker It’s worth mentioning that last month the Home Office removed the ability for dental practices to sponsor dental nurses, therapists and hygienists from abroad. This will further reduce the available workforce to provide NHS dentistry going forward.

I went to my #NHS dentist for a replacement filling today. It took 4 minutes and I was charged £75. I’m fortunate enough to be able to pay for it, but many will not. Ordinary people are being exploited and our health service is on its knees. It’s Our NHS!
