Not only that, this information was withheld while Oregonians were actively gathering signatures and executing the transportation tax referendum. Voters were making decisions without knowing the bridge cost had more than doubled. Taxpayers were asked to back tax increases without the truth. This follows ODOT’s prior $1B accounting error. What else is being hidden?
