My order was supposed to be delivered on 29th October ,I was told it will be cancelled due to some location issue and it's Nov 13th everyday I'm just receiving messages it will be delivered today I tired cancelling and the same issue.

I was informed when I contacted customer care and I was told on twitter @FabHotels that 5 to 7 days . What nonsense is this every single time

@FabHotels After checking in we checked reviews they are worst we should have done that earlier but we were busy .
And I don't think so you would assit or investigate or provide any kind of resolution after sharing images as well

We checked in at around 6pm and checked out 7:30pm after trying to contact customer support for other property change nothing was nothing just trying to charge extra money
And as it's mentioned in the app that hassle free stay or refund is for what????

@MyntraSupport My issue wasn't been resolved yet I'm just been told that some manager will contact me but nothing was done and this is the the product that was incorrectly marked delivered last month was delivered 4days back by delivery agent at my gate along with my recent orders

@MyntraSupport Order was not delivered but it was been marked delivered I raised a complaint regarding it . I was told by 13th SEP issue will be resolved but now again after trying to contact about the issue I was asked to wait till 26th .today as I check my issue was closed without resolving
