Hi @FabHotels I booked through your app today on an urgent basis. Just went for the closest option and paid through the app. When I reached the property, there was no hotel there. I called the hotel's POC and he said they closed months ago. How does this happen? I WANT REFUND

@FabHotels जैसा कि आपके होटल के नियमावली में लिखा है कि आप अपने लोकल पहचान (स्थानीय) पत्र के साथ आप होटल में रुक सकते है, परन्तु यहां आपके द्वारा जो नियम लिखा गया है यह गलत है। व्यक्ति जब होटल eraya (सुंदरपुर वाराणसी ) में chek in के लिए जाता है तो होटल द्वारा इसे गलत बताया जाता।
