I don’t have to prove myself to anyone. @theliverdoc But let me make one thing absolutely clear: I will never support bigotry or religious bias in any form. That was not the intention behind that repost, and since it was taken out of context, it has been removed. Some people seem offended because my videos are simple, because I use humour, or because I say “no” to ultra-processed foods, a message every major public health body supports. If clarity and relatability upset someone, that says more about their expectations than my intentions. I have spent 20 years becoming the doctor I am today through long training, difficult cases, and the trust of thousands of patients. My medical career is already established. I do not use social media for fame, validation, or financial gain. I am here only to educate. Regarding NewMe: It is a science-backed, lifestyle medicine–based program built on the most fundamental principles of true metabolic health: • structured habits • nutrition guidance • sleep hygiene • movement • stress reduction • accountability all achieved without supplements or shortcuts. And since you haven’t done your homework or proper research like before, let me explain. NewME is a natural, evidence-based framework that has already helped thousands improve digestion, metabolic markers, energy, mood, and overall quality of life. This is my mission & my passion to make lifestyle medicine accessible, understandable, and sustainable for everyday people. Not everyone wants dense monologues or aggressive superiority-driven communication. Millions learn better through simplicity, analogy, storytelling, and yes sometimes humour. I will continue using what works, not what intimidates. When criticism shifts from science to tone policing, personal attacks, long emotional rants, or attempts to belittle someone’s journey, it stops being about public health and becomes something else entirely. That is not a space I choose to participate in. A gentle reminder: This year, I received the Prestigious Alumni Award during our Foundation Day presented by the Chief Guest, Dr. Philip Augustine (your father), for my academic excellence and meaningful contribution as a doctor. That recognition reflects my work and my values more accurately than any online noise ever will. I shall no longer engage with banter or negativity aimed at gaining attention. I have far more important work to do. My focus remains exactly where it should be, on improving people’s health, not arguing on the internet to gain attention.
