We pay for 3AC extra but still dont get the coaches clean. Don't know what we are paying for, if asking a clean, hygienic and safe journey is more for what we are paying

In the general coach, unauthorized persons have blocked two compartments using bedsheets. They are not allowing anyone else to sit there and are claiming to be railway staff
